Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from SaecoOutlet.com you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund less any shipping charges. Consumable items such as coffee pods are non-returnable. The following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:
Returned item must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, etc.
Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from SaecoOutlet.com or the package will not be accepted. Simply contact us at 1-800-933-7876.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for the returned item until it actually arrives at our warehouse.

Damaged Merchandise
We make every effort to effectively package items for protection against damage during shipping. However; in the event that your order arrives damaged you must notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the shipping company to inspect the package. Once we receive confirmation of the damage from the shipping company we will promptly send you a replacement item and arrange for pick-up of the damaged item.
